The Wedding Planning Experience with KPW: Your wedding is YOUR wedding, not ours.  Our job is to figure out what makes you and your fiancé click.  We get to know the two of you and your families and decide how to best represent you, because, let’s face it, a wedding reception is a big personality party.  What’s more important however, is the fact that you’re marrying someone who loves you as much as you love them.   At Kate Parker Weddings we want you to actually keep your marriage in mind throughout the planning process which is why we offer full-scale coordination services to ensure you don’t have to dig, research and argue over pricing, menus, and color schemes.  Let us help you find the perfect photographer who knows not to take tons of posed images, the cake baker who specializes in gluten-free and vegan desserts, and let us help you create details and nuances that feel just like the two of you. 

We are here to guide, not to decide.  In all honesty, we sort of don’t care what your color scheme is or your style of reception, no offense of course.  That’s not up to us to choose for you.  Our job is to take all the pieces you want to incorporate, to find you the highest quality vendors around, and to orchestrate your wedding weekend without taking over and stressing everyone out.  You will probably be a big ball of nerves anyway, so we don’t really have to add to that by running around with clipboards, business suits, and headsets.  Everyone at KPW is a laid-back New Englander at heart, and we always blend seamlessly with your guests to keep things in order and on track without causing a scene. 

Services:  At Kate Parker Weddings, we only offer full-scale coordination services. Since you and your wedding is unique, there are additional services that can certainly be added to this list:

Fees:  Each client has individual needs depending on the location, timeline, and scale of their wedding; therefore each quote is customized for our clients.  We offer full and comprehensive planning only.  We are not accepting day-of and partial-planning clients at this time.
